This is one thing I know for sure. My hands take a beating making and repairing jewelry all day long. I need a hand cream that works on the roughest hands. This recipe for tough hand cream is one of my favorite recipes.
1/4 cup of Vaseline 2 teaspoons of sugar 10 drops of tea-tree oil One pair of old socks Mix the vaseline, sugar and tea-tree oil all together in a clean food container with a lid (optional, microwave all ingredients in the food container for 30 seconds). Let mixture cool if microwaved. Rub a thick layer of cream on both hands. Next slip a sock over each hand, keep on overnight. Next day, you're good to go!

This is one of the best ways to clean your jewelry. Put ¼ cup of dishwashing detergent, 2 teaspoons of vinegar and a ½ cup of warm water into a clean plastic container that has a lid. Place your jewelry in the container and put the lid on tight. Give it four or five shakes. Open and remove the jewelry. Rinse the jewelry off with warm water and pat dry with paper towels. And you are good to go!
