Who We AreShirley Jones, MFA has taught art in the public school system for over 30 years. She completed her Masters of Fine Art (MFA) degree at the Minneapolis College of Art & Design. Her career has been honored with exhibits at the Phipps Art Center, Minneapolis Institute of Art, St. Paul Companies and the Guthrie Theatre. Currently, much of her time is spent teaching and creating innovative pieces of artwork.

Our History Plymouth Avenue Art Studio is located at 2404 Plymouth Avenue North in Minneapolis, MN. The studio first opened in 2000 with a mission to help students develop an appreciation and understanding of the arts through the creative process and to provide a creative safe place for young artist to hone their craft.
